HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE HYBRID WING?

Pay your deposit to reserve your place in the print queue, then complete your personal foot scan. While not yet wholly bespoke (that’s our next step), with Hybrid Wing, you can control and adjust your preferred fit and width via our VivoBiome fit visualiser, which gives you a precise representation of your feet, footwear, and fit.

Once you confirm your fit preference, your Hybrid Wings will go to print in queue order, and with a final payment moment triggered, there’s no turning back – you’re going to be taking your next steps in the future of footwear.

You can track the journey of your footwear to your feet via the link to your order that’s provided in the email confirmation.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Shipment and delivery will be based on the 3D printing queue. The first batch of 480 pairs will go to print immediately after ordering and fit adjustment; the remaining 1520 limited pairs will be split into three more print batches (that’ll be worth the wait). You’ll be told what batch you're in and the approximate production date, and you'll be emailed when the production for your batch commences.

WHY LONG DELIVERY TIMES AND LIMITED AVAILABILITY?

This made-to-order product drop is limited to our pilot printing and manufacturing capacity. The current evolution of our VivoBiome technology process can only produce a specific volume of footwear per year. The timing of your order will dictate your place in the queue and, in turn, the expected delivery time.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your Hybrid Wings are made to order. If you’re one of the first 480 trailblazers, cancellation will not be possible as they go to print immediately, and we take your full payment. However, if you’re queued after having paid the deposit, it’s possible to cancel before your footwear goes to print, and you’ll be notified a few days before that happens. You can cancel via the link to your order provided in the email confirmation.
